Do we have to use all of Bitrix24?
No. Most businesses start with one or two parts — often CRM and the contact center, or tasks and chat — and add the rest when the team is ready.
I already have Bitrix24. Can you fix it instead?
Yes. We start by reviewing what's there and keep whatever already works.
Do I need to buy a Bitrix24 plan separately?
No. You pay us, and as a Bitrix24 partner we set up and manage the subscription for you — one bill, one contact.
Does Bitrix24 cost more through a partner?
No. The subscription price is the same as buying directly from Bitrix24. Setup, data moves and custom work are priced separately, and you get a fixed price before we start.
Which plan do we need?
