These terms cover your use of soer.dev, the website of SOER Dev (Trip Keep LLC), Brooklyn, New York (“SOER”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02Information on this site
The site describes our services and products in general terms. It isn’t an offer or a contract. Prices, timelines and scope for any work are agreed with you in writing before the work starts. Prices shown for products, like Field Service CRM, are starting prices and can change.
03Our work and products
- Projects and setup. Implementation, integration, website and app projects are governed by the agreement we sign with you for that work. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
- Field Service CRM. It runs on Bitrix24. Your use of Bitrix24 is also subject to Bitrix24’s own terms.
- TalkGrid and LeadGather. These products have their own terms: TalkGrid Terms of Service and LeadGather Terms of Service.
04Using the chat and the form
Please don’t send us anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or spam, and don’t try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the chat. Don’t use automated tools to send messages. We may block messages, addresses or access that do.
05Content and trademarks
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to SOER, unless noted otherwise. You may share links to them, but not copy the site or present it as your own.
Names and logos of other companies, including Bitrix24, Angi, Yelp, Facebook, Twilio and Stripe, belong to their owners. We use them only to name the tools we work with. SOER is a Bitrix24 partner; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the other companies named on this site unless we say so.
06Links to other sites
We may link to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
07No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t promise that it is always error-free, complete or available.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SOER isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about them go to the state or federal courts located in New York.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
